1st of all, sorry for the late update. I've been busy with something that I hate (refer to previous post <- Click there!)

I love many things. A problem? Maybe. Makes me have many emotional attachments. Makes me load up on junks. But they're still what I love. So who cares?

I've put this into much thought. And finally. I've decided on this.

 SALMON SASHIMI WITH WASABI!

Yes. Salmon sashimi and wasabi. This is my FAVOURITE amongst many other food. I generally LOVE FOOD. I mean, seriously. who doesnt? Unless u're a psychotic bulimic or anorexic. Any normal being LOVES FOOD.

When I was in Melbourne, everytime after I submit an assignment, I reward myself with 2-3 salmon rolls. It gradually increased in portion coz well, the weather got colder, and my stomach got bigger.

Before I continue. I've got a random thought. Dont judge coz it IS 230am. I just finished my marketing submission work. And I think I've got gastric. Been getting that a lot this year. Even when I was in Aussie. Whenever I stay up late to do work, I tend to get gastric. I think it's stress-related. Hmm..

Anyway! Back to my random thought. I stay in a house full of girls. I think there are 6 of us now. Yet, everytime I go to the washroom, the toilet seat is almost always up. Hello?! I'm just sayin'. *indifferent face*

As a continuation of my 30-day blog challenge...Today marks the 9th day of the challenge. It's actually something that I look forward to everyday. Or more like every night. Coz I'd wait for it to past midnight, then I'd update. And if it's an interesting title, I anticipate it even more.

This is ZackV (hover over his name! =D ) Both of us have been friends for (wait lemme count. It's quite complicated coz we actually weren't friends for 3 years after we were friends for...4 years) jah. Ok, I think we've been besties for approximately 8 years now. 

I definitely can say that he is the person that has gotten me through the most coz he's been there for me throughout my ups and downs as a true friend. We had our cold war for 3 years and that definitely made things much better for us later. Reason for our cold war? That's something you'd have to ask me personally if you really wanna know. But yes. We tell each other almost everything. =P Almost coz well, we're not exactly lovers or whatever. And we dont need to tell each other EVERYTHING. But we can. I think we can. well, most things we can. And we can do it without judgments about each other. That's the great thing about our friendship. 

When I was at my lowest, my worst, he was there for me. Whenever I'm at fault, I can always count on him to be honest with me and tell me straight off. Yeah, we've had our fair share of disagreements and arguments. But that's just us. We're both VERY hard-headed characters. So when we fight, it's bad. I wonder who that resembles, hmm? *cheeky smile* 

At the same time, I do try my best to be there for him through whatever. I mean, friendship is a two way thing. ALL RELATIONSHIPS are.

Thank You, Zacky...for always being there for me. Through my hardships, stubbornness, my tears, and laughter. I'm always grateful to have you in my life. And thank YOU for still believing in me. You'll always be my bestie. (well, unless we break into another cold war. which I REALLY hope we won't! We don't have a reason to anyway. hehe. )

Many pictures make me smile. But I guess a few pictures can actually make me laugh out loud.

Till today, whenever I look at this picture, and I think of what everyone else was doing (trying to pose for the camera I'm sure) and I just went WAHAAA! yes. Just. Like. That. *jumps* :D

After much contemplation, I would say I pick my pencil case to be my most treasured item!

 

That's partially true. heh.

I don't think I can ever survive without my pencil case. It's like a treasure box. *thinks* yeap. definitely can't live without it. If I ever go to uni without my pencil case, I'll feel very lost and incomplete.

I found this video while youtubing just now. Was supposed to be studying, but I really dont know what is wrong with me. Assignments, I will come to u soon. Maybe after this.

Why must u be so expensive?! It's RM3800. That's so insane. If i was rich, i would buy it! She was so nice to cuddle with omg. I could just cuddle her the whole day.

But then again, i ultimately want a Husky or a Golden Retriever. I want a husky so bad that i dreamt of having two this morning. Sigh..

I'm proud to say that I have the same idea as Banz. She too, wanted to trade places with the same person I'd want to for a day.

Beyonce Knowles!

 I want the ability to sing "Who Run the World! GIRLS." I mean, not every female artist have that X-factor to sing a song like that. but Beyonce definitely has what it takes.

 I wanna feel how it's like to be in her shoes, performing to a big audience like that. Wooh. Having her body's ability to dance AND sing would be out of this world!

Random fact: Did you know that Beyonce wears FOUR pairs of stockings when she performs? (That's why it's so shiny...) She said it's to hold her jiggly-s in place. Can anyone get more down to earth than that? Respect her for her honesty!

 She has an uncomplicated (or so it seems) relationship with Jay-Z. They've been together for very long time and I respect that about her. I REALLY hope she will be different from all other divas and pop stars. Have kids and grow old with Jay-Z pls! 

Oh. But I dont want to date Jay-Z. no no! *scared*

 To be hung up in the air, sing and perform. If you guys have seen her world tour video, u'd understand why. She was SO HIGH UP and still the amount of control she has over her voice while SPINNING 360degrees on that thingy was UH-MAY-ZHING!

This is one of my favourite memories. I have so many it's so hard to pick, really. Reason for this choice is coz I've never ever thought of swimming in the sea with no life jacket on, let alone swimming in a COLD australian sea. It was so cold, all we could do was shiver and chatter our teeth. But the experience was so worth it. Seeing the dolphins in the wild is just mind-blowin.

Too many good memories to pick from. bleargh!

Anyhow, I can blog with my phone too! Which means, I can blog on the go. Good job smartphone! Oh, btw, I've come up with my own version of "gg.com" You know how ppl always say "gg.com" to imply "i'm dead"? well, I've come up with gj.com instead. Which means GoodJob.com. So whenever Leech said gg.com i'll reply with gj.com. To reinforce the fact that, "Yes, you are dead." hehe.

Nike Warehouse Sale August 2011 @Sunway Damansara Technology Park

So, there was a #Nike #warehouse sale at Sunway Damansara Technology Park. Details are as follows:-

Venue: No 26 & 28 Jalan PJU 3/46, Sunway Damansara Technology Park Petaling Jaya

Date: 16 – 21 Aug 2011

Time: 11am – 8pm

I went with Jason today. I was hoping to find something I'd need. In other words, I was ready to spend my money. (and honestly, whenever I am ready to spend money, most of the time I end up not spending on ANYTHING at all. awesome, isnt it?)

Honestly, I was really disappointed. Here are the reasons.

1) No air-conditioning. I know it's cheaper and all to use an OPEN space. But if you really want your customers to buy more of your products, you should at least provide an environment that ENCOURAGES shoppers to keep shopping without getting annoyed. It's hot. It's humid. It's crowded.

2) Not systematic. It was SO MESSY. They MIXED mens/womens/girls/boys clothing all into one LONG PILE of clothes. So, 1, they expect customers to shop happily without air-cond AND dig through every single pile of clothes. Can't they at least organize the clothes according to categories??? I mean, it'll be easier for customers AND employees! When or if customers ask their staff for something, at least they would know which pile belongs to what. but nooooo. They're just too lazy so everything just goes into one huge pile.

 

Like I said, ONE LONG PILE. oh btw, the bag choices are not bad. That's the only positive thing I can say about the sale.

3) 95% of the remaining clothes were for men. Either the women that went yesterday already bought everything or their target customers are just men for this warehouse sale. Or do they expect women to just wear men's clothes?

4) Shoes were stacked like crazy. Yes, of course it's partially customers' fault. But if you had good staff and good system, you wouldnt even have that problem in the 1st place. I saw this poor OLD LADY digging for shoes BOX AFTER BOX because all the shoes were just randomly stacked. She was looking for her daughter's size. And all the shoes were stacked on the ground. Nike, do you not know that it's easier to get shoes if they were at least eye level??

 

If you zoom in closely into the picture, u'll see that all the shoes are different styles. If you're desperate, then u'll have to just dig out each box and open it up to see what kind of shoes they were. But it was so stuffy and hot, I couldnt be bothered.

So, what I've observed here is, if you want your customers to buy more stuff, provide a conducive environment for shoppers. They need to be happy and relaxed in order to induce more sales and purchase. If you wanna be kiamsiap (stingy) with your electricity/rental bills, then expect unhappy customers like me. I bet your staff were annoyed with the weather too. And the amount of re-arranging they have to do. hahaha. All the best.

It's a shame coz there were really some GREAT bargains. Too bad, I was too annoyed so in the end I've just decided to save my money and go get some fresh air. But then again, what is my money to Nike? Just a small amount of money wont affect their sales. I'm just sayin.

Day02: A picture of you and the person you have beenclosest with the longest.
1st of all, THIS IS HARD. Mainly coz i've got so many close friends throughout my childhood-adolescence-youth-young adult life. So it is hard to pick. Some friends have just drifted away. Not because we hate each other but because we had our separate lives to live. Different college, uni etc.

Hmmmmm.

This was taken when we were 19 years old. Isn't the sunset in Kota Kinabalu just amazing? I miss it. I miss you.

I'll have to say it is you, Banzie! Mainly coz I remember I spent most of my high school life with you. We weren't THAT close in primary school but we were still good friends I think? hahaha. So we basically knew each other since we were 8 years old (and we're 22 now..so...22-8=FOURTEEN). YES.

we've known each other for 14 years, we've gotten close when we were 13 (the power of school bus!) and I've always been to her house to play. Still remember Harry Potter card game? hehheehehe. Banzie is a friend that understands me. We dont even have to constantly meet up. Just a simple text is enough to let each other know that we're still treasured. When we're around each other, we laugh, we cry, we keep quiet, we fight. But all of that just made our friendship more worthwhile. Thank you, for being part of my life. And a big chunk of my fond high school memories has YOU in it.

Day 01: A picture of yourself with 10 facts.

This was taken during our last Maccas meal together in Frankston, in the middle of the cold winter night.

1) I LOVE the smell of books/papers/money. (wait, is this 3 facts? dont care.) so yes. U put me in a bookstore, I go nuts. Many time I've tried studying but I end up getting distracted by the nice smell of the books.

2) I LOVE to sing. I can sing wherever, whenever. As long as the place I'm at allows me to be loud, I'll sing.

3) I have a problem with starting assignments early. I usually perform best under pressure but it's a bad habit, I know.

4) I LOVE durian. But I cant eat much of them.

5) I cant stand it when I see ppl wearing specs without lenses. Just the frame. I mean like, can't u at least have the lenses on so that I won't know u actually dont have eyesight problem?! And worse if that person is wearing contact lenses PLUS the lense-less specs!

6) I am very anal about my books. I have a way of wrapping them and I am one hell of a book wrapper. No kidding!

7) I have a weakness for post its. Especially colourful ones.

8) If I love you, (regardless whether u're my family, boyfriend, best friend, close friend, good friend, or just friend), be prepared to be showered with a lot of TLC! And cos of that, go to fact #9.

9) I'm known as Mama-goose in Australia among my friends. And they're not the 1st bunch that said I am very motherly. Wait till u guys see my mother, she is the ultimate mother of all Mama-geese!

10) I am shameless when it comes to burping. But I do excuse myself after!
